I work with small organisations and individuals to make your collection findable, useable and useful.

Successful projects I have carried out include:

• planning, co-ordinating and delivering collection moves
• cleaning up large-scale descriptive metadata on spreadsheets
• re-structuring and managing shared DropBox accounts
• creating archival cataloguing structures for organisational and personal archives
• designing and delivering volunteering programmes

I have substantial experience with digital, garment and object-based collections, as well as more traditional archival materials like paper and photographs.

Case Study:

In 2023 I worked with art & architecture collective Assemble to set up their archive ahead of a studio move. The collection included 7 years' worth of past works, models, drawings and miscellaneous items with no systematic record of what projects they related to or where they were stored. I designed workflows and a cataloguing structure that were sufficient for their immediate needs but also met professional metadata standards should they choose to develop a more formal archive in the future.
